Parking
With parking for over 1,600 cars and Park Mark approval, parking at CastleCourt has never been simpler. Our easy accessible car park is a multi-storey undercover car park providing easy and convenient access to CastleCourt and the heart of Belfast city. The car park is easily accessible from both the M1 and M2 motorways and is well signposted within the city centre. There are specific parking spaces situated close to centre entrances available for disabled shoppers. Wider spaces also exist on levels 2 – 4 for parent parking.

The Bike Yard has also opened which is a new, free, secure public cycle parking facility.
The Bike Yard can be accessed via the pedestrian access to CastleCourt Carpark from Smithfield Square North and King Street.

Early Bird Offer
Enter between 7:30am and 9:30am Monday to Friday, stay for longer than 5 hours and pay £6 all day (excluding weekends).

Flexi-Pass
If you’re making multiple parking trips each month, our Flexi-Pass could be just what you need!
Purchase the 30 day Flexi-Pass for £150 which means that you’re parking all day for £5! Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
This can be purchased at the Car Park Office on the ground level of our Car Park.
Quality Car Wash & Valeting Centre
The Quality Car Wash & Valeting Centre is located on level two of CastleCourt’s carpark.
With no booking requirement, customers can drop their car off for any service while shopping or at work. Following your service, the Quality Car Wash team will park your car safely until your return.
Bicycle Racks
CastleCourt shopping centre has two bicycle racks located on the ground floor of the carpark, near the paystation. These are free to use and can be accessed during carpark opening hours only.
Easytrip Technology
Your easytrip tolling and parking tag will now allow you to pay and park in the CastleCourt car park. If you have parking activated on your tag already, you don’t need to take a ticket or pay at the machine for your parking transaction.
When you approach the barrier in our car park, the tag will beep and the barrier will lift automatically. The same will happen as you exit the car park. The parking transaction happens in the background and the parking amount will come off your Easytrip account credit.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to make payment at the car park pay stations particularly during busy periods to ensure no additional charges are incurred. No two promotional offers can run simultaneously one after the other.

We have eight electric car charging points on Level 5 of the car park.
