Staying Healthy

When we are staying at home we must take measures to stay fit and healthy and to protect others around us. Here are some simple steps we all have to take to stop spreading germs and maintain our health.

Hand Washing
Use soap and wash for 20 seconds! Make sure you clean the front, back and between each finger.
Need To Cough?
Cough into a tissue and throw it away or into your elbow.
Touching Others
To make sure we aren’t spreading germs, instead of high fives you can tap feet with your friends & family.
Stay Fit
It’s important to stay fit by doing some exercises at home or in the garden.

Obstacle Course

What can you find in your garden and home to make an obstacle course?

  • Something to jump over
  • Something to crawl under
  • Stepping stones to jump across
  • A plank walk across while balancing
  • A target to throw at before moving on to your next obstacle
Mighty Meatballs
  1. Cook meatballs in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil on medium heat until cooked through.
  2. You can mix mince and dried herbs and roll into your own meatballs.
  3. Heat spaghetti in pan of water for about 10 minutes
  4. When meatballs are cooked, add tomato sauce and heat through. Plate up and sprinkle some cheese on top. Mmm, enjoy!
