Culture Night Performances By Bbeyond

Culture Night is upon us! We’re delighted to be part of another fantastic city-wide celebration of culture and creativity.

This year, we’re pleased to welcome Bbeyond, who will be hosting a selection of exciting performances on the rooftop of our car park. The performance area is located on Level 6.

Friday 18th September

Start 6pm Madison Agnew one of Bbeyond’s new commission artist’s for 2025-2026 NEMO award winner and co-founder of Rehearsal space is back from her residency with Performance Art Bergen , Norway and ready to perform again, Madison did her first professional performance at the Glocal Intermission Symposium in 2025 in the Belfast Stories Building supported by the Arts Council of NI.

Following Madison is Paul King known for his energetic Balaclava performances, Paul has recently delivered a performance art workshop on Bbeyond’s behalf for New York University, the Mac and Belfast School of Art.

To complete the night Rehearsal space Belfast an emerging art collective based in Belfast and founded by Madison Agnew, Samar Nezamabad and Emma Quin (ex-Catalyst Arts). Through guided open sessions, they aim to create a safe space for participants to expand their performance practice  or investigate the medium for the first time. The performance on Culture night will respond to CastleCourt rooftop  through a guided group performance involving a commissioned installation by Silvia Koistinen. Admission is free for the evening & access to the area can be found by heading through the stairs from the car park. Audience members are also welcome to use the lifts located within the car park lobby to head up. The lobby can be found just past the food court & past Argos on level one of the centre.
